Description
The new Falzbender from Buschmann tools is designed to make perfect 1″ tall standing seam roof panels using a set of easy-to-use hand tools.
Falzbender can be used to form panels with these materials:
- Stainless steel up to 26ga (.019″) [0.5mm]
- Galvanized or painted steel up to 24ga (.027″) [0.7mm]
- Copper, zinc and aluminum up to .0315″ [0.8mm]

- Falzbender make a perfect seam with significantly less stress/tension in the sheet metal compared to power profile machines
- Both tools can be used at simultaneously on the same sheet for faster production of panels
- Perfect for making partial panels at roof gables and next to dormers or other penetrations
