At Rapid Materials, we’re here to ensure your orders are processed quickly and efficiently. Our team works Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST, to get your order moving.

Orders placed by 1 PM EST are sent to the warehouse within 24 business hours and typically ship the same day. If your order comes in after 1 PM, it will be on its way the next business day.

Please note: We do not process or ship orders on major holidays, but we’ll get right back to work the following business day to serve you.
